Refund policy

Effective 30 September 2026. Refunds are available as described below, and always where required by law.

Try it first

Slide-Easy is free to download and your first 7 posts need no key. You can see what it makes for your product before you pay.

14-day refund, anywhere

If you buy a key and it isn't for you, ask within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund. No questions asked, wherever you live.

• How to ask: email hello@slideeasy.app from the address you bought with, or use the contact form. In the EU or UK you can also use the withdrawal page.
• Polar, our merchant of record, sends the money back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
• Once the refund is made, the key is deactivated.

After 14 days

If Slide-Easy doesn't work as described on a Mac that meets the requirements, tell us. We'll fix it, and if we can't within a reasonable time, you get a refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer, wherever you live, always apply on top of this policy.

EU and UK: right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal 14-day right to withdraw from the contract. Whatever you ticked at checkout, our 14-day refund still applies. Use the withdrawal page or email us.

Cancellation

Slide-Easy is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There's nothing to cancel and no renewal charge.

Email hello@slideeasy.app or use the contact form. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 1 month. Customers in India can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in).
