Screenshots and icons belong to the app's developer. Use them for research and reference, like a competitor teardown or a pitch deck, not as your own store art.

Download freeHow to download App Store screenshots
- Open the app on the App Store in your browser and copy the link from the address bar. In the App Store app, tap Share, then Copy Link. A bare id like
6443918070works too. - Paste it above and press Get screenshots. The page asks Apple's public lookup service directly from your browser, so the result is exactly what shoppers in that country see.
- Press Download under any image, or Download all for a ZIP with the icon and every screenshot, numbered in store order.
Why full size matters
Apple's lookup data only links small previews, around 400 pixels wide. That's fine for a thumbnail and useless for a teardown. This tool asks Apple's image server for the original upload instead, which for a current iPhone listing is usually 1242 × 2688 or 1290 × 2796 pixels, as a PNG. The icon comes at 1024 × 1024, the size developers submit.
What you can and can't get
- Included: iPhone screenshots, iPad screenshots when the app has them, Mac screenshots for Mac App Store links, and the icon.
- Not included: App previews (the videos), in-app event cards and custom product pages. Apple's public lookup doesn't list them.
- Country matters: developers can localise screenshots per country. Pick another country to see its set.
- Order: files are numbered in the order the listing shows them, so
iphone-01.pngis what people see first.
Fair use
Screenshots and icons are the developer's work and often include their trademarks. Studying them is normal: designers collect references, founders compare how rivals pitch the first screen, agencies build decks. Republishing them as your own store art, or in ads that suggest a link to that app, isn't. When in doubt, ask the developer. To check that your own text fits Apple's limits, try the App Store character counter.

Screenshot downloader FAQ
What resolution are the downloaded screenshots?
The size the developer uploaded to App Store Connect, usually 1242 × 2688 or 1290 × 2796 pixels for iPhone and 2048 × 2732 for iPad, saved as PNG. The icon downloads at 1024 × 1024.
Does it work for iPad and Mac apps?
Yes. iPad screenshots appear in their own section when the app has them, and a Mac App Store link gives you the Mac screenshots. App preview videos aren't included because Apple's public lookup doesn't list them.
Is anything sent to Slide-Easy?
No. Your browser asks Apple's lookup service and Apple's image server directly, and the ZIP is built in your browser. Slide-Easy's server never sees the link or the files.
Can I use the screenshots in my own marketing?
Only your own app's. Other apps' screenshots and icons belong to their developers, so keep them for research and reference, like a competitor teardown, unless the developer says otherwise.
