App Store review exporter

Paste an App Store link and get the app's newest reviews in a table you can filter by stars, with the rating split at a glance and a clean CSV for your spreadsheet. Free, no login.

Reviews are per country. The country in your link is picked for you.

How to export App Store reviews

  1. Copy the app's link from the App Store in your browser, or tap Share, then Copy Link in the App Store app. A bare id like 6443918070 works too.
  2. Pick how many reviews you want, up to the 200 newest, and press Export reviews.
  3. Click a star row to filter, then Download CSV. The file has what's on screen: all reviews, or only the rating you picked.

What's in the CSV

One row per review with four columns: date (UTC, ISO 8601), rating (1 to 5), title and review. It's UTF-8 with proper quoting, so emoji, commas and line breaks inside reviews survive the trip into Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Any cell that starts with =, +, - or @ gets a leading apostrophe so a spreadsheet can't run it as a formula.

Reviewer names are left out on purpose. They're public on the App Store, but you rarely need them to read the feedback, and leaving them out makes the file safer to share with your team.

Limits

What to do with them

Read the 4 and 5 star reviews for the problem people had before your app, in their words. That's the best opening line for a post you'll find. The free hook generator does that step for you, and Reel ideas by category shows what came out of 5,920 reviews across 20 kinds of apps. The 1 and 2 star rows are your bug list.

Review exporter FAQ

How many App Store reviews can I export?

Up to the 200 most recent reviews for one country, which is what Apple's public web feed serves. App Store Connect shows every review of your own app if you need the full history.

Does the CSV include reviewer names?

No. The CSV has date, rating, title and review text. Names are public on the App Store, but they're left out so the file is safer to share.

Why does it say Apple is limiting requests?

Apple sometimes refuses bursts of requests from shared cloud servers. When that happens and there's no recent copy saved, try again later, or use the free App Review Miner browser extension, which reads reviews from your own browser.

Does it work for Google Play reviews?

Not yet. Google Play has no free public review feed, so this tool covers the App Store only.
