What's the catch with running on a Mac?

Your Mac does the work, so Slide-Easy needs an Apple silicon Mac (M1 or newer), macOS 15 or later, 16 GB of memory, and a one-time download of about 14 GB of models. That rules out Windows, Intel Macs and 8 GB Macs. The Mac is busy while it works: a finished post takes about 185 seconds on an M4 Pro, so the first week of posts arrives in about 10 to 30 minutes and 30 posts take about 1½ hours. In return there's no cloud rendering and no server bill to pass on, which is why it can cost $49 once.

No Mac that fits, or no time? I also make 7 posts a week for your app as a done-for-you service at $299 a month.

LarryLoop alternative FAQ

Is Slide-Easy cheaper than LarryLoop?

Yes, from the first month. LarryLoop's Starter plan is $39 a month for 30 posts ($468 a year at list price, checked 6 Oct 2026). Slide-Easy is $49 once, with no post limit.

Does LarryLoop post to Instagram?

Yes. Its docs say TikTok is required and Instagram is optional, and that Instagram posts always go live as carousels, with no draft mode.

Does Slide-Easy track revenue?

No. It reads reach and engagement from Instagram to decide what to make next. For revenue per post, LarryLoop's Stripe and RevenueCat tracking is the better fit.

Can I try Slide-Easy first?

Yes. Your first 7 posts are free, with no card and no account, and a $49 key has a 14-day refund.
